Naša celková spokojnosť v práci zvyčajne závisí od troch hlavných faktorov – či ide o prácu, ktorá nás nejakým spôsobom baví a napĺňa, či v nej nájdeme aspoň zopár kolegov, s ktorými si máme čo povedať a či sa cítime byť adekvátne ohodnotení.


Problém je, že kým pri prvých dvoch faktoroch mnohí z nás súhlasne pokývu hlavou, otázka na spokojnosť so mzdou vyvoláva nezriedka skôr neistý úškrn. Nejeden z nás má totiž pocit, že tých pár stoviek navyše by si jednoducho zaslúžil.

Debata o zvýšení mzdy s nadriadeným sa však môže rýchlosťou svetla premeniť z priateľskej konverzácie na vypätý konflikt, v najhoršom prípade môže znamenať aj stratu práce.

Ako teda k celej problematike pristúpiť, aby ste nielen o prácu neprišli, ale dokonca aj získali mzdu, po ktorej túžite?
